NIEU-BETHESDA NEWS – Local old age homes were the recipients of a bounty of donated pumpkins this week.
Organisers of the successful Pump Palooza, held recently in Nieu-Bethesda, enjoyed dropping off the gigantic, nutritious pumpkins to Huis van de Graaff and Parsonage Street Home in Graaff-Reinet this week.
Hazel Jaer at Huis van de Graaff and Jan Bezuidenhout from Parsonage Street Home helped offload the generous donations that were delivered by organizers Reinet le Roux and Anja Gerryts.
