NIEU-BETHESDA NEWS — On April 15 Nieu-Bethesda will once again host the 2017 Pump Palooza supported by Blue Magnolia.
This annual event is a fun-filled day for the whole family with something for everybody.
There will be street stalls, a pumpkin exhibition and competition with various categories such as biggest, the sexiest, the best carved or decorated.
Participating restaurants will prepare special dishes and other businesses will have small pumpkin surprises for customers.
Late afternoon the band Bright Lights, Big City will perform in the garden of The Lamb Restaurant. Entrance will be in the form of a donation either a pumpkin or cash that will be donated to a care facility for senior citizens.
