GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Two alleged hijackings took place last night, on roads nearby Graaff-Reinet. The Advertiser is awaiting detailed information on the cicumstances surrounding the incidents.
Its confirmed that nearby Pearston a delivery truck was hijacked and the driver and passenger(s) were locked up in the back of the truck.
Allegations from a reliable source said another bakkie was hijacked near Somerset-East. The robber however overturned the get-away bakkie and died on the scene.
