BUSINESS NEWS - Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 93 of the Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipal Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Laws: that an application is submitted by Karoo Plan on behalf of Foo Dog Design House Pty Ltd for the Rezoning of the remainder of Erf 207, Graaff Reinet, from Residential Zone 2 to Business Zone 1 to allow a Deli with a permanent departure to allow a padel court.

Further particulars regarding the application, together with a Site Development Plan may be inspected at the office of the Manager: Town Planning and Building Control (Mr N. Camngca – Tel: 049 807 5905 / Email: camngcan@bnlm.gov.za in Robert Sobukwe Building, Graaff-Reinet during normal office hours (07:30 to 16:30) Monday to Friday.

Motivated and valid objections, if any, against the application, must be lodged in writing, to reach the undersigned not later than 30 days after publication of this notice. All correspondence relating to this notice must be addressed to: The Municipal Manager at P.O. Box 71: Graaff-Reinet, 6280.

Any person who cannot write may during office hours attend at an address stated above, where Mr N. Camngca of the municipality will them to transcribe that person’s objections, comments or representations.

Kennis word hiermee gegee ingevolge Artikel 93 van die Ruimtelike Beplanning en Grondgebruikbestuur verordening: Dr Beyers Naude Plaaslike Munisipaliteit 'n aansoek ontvang het vanaf KarooPlan Stads- en Streekbeplanners namens Foo Dog Design House Pty Ltd vir `n hersonerings aansoek van Residensiele sone 2 na besigheidsone 1 om `n Deli toe te laat saam met `n permanente afwyking om `n padelbaan toe te laat op restant erf 207, Graaff Reinet.

Verdere besonderhede rakende die aansoek, tesame met 'n Terreinontwikkelingsplan kan by die kantoor van die Grondgebruikadministrateur (Mr N. Camngca – Tel: 049 807 5905 / Email: camngcan@bnlm.gov.za) in Robert Sobukwe-gebou, besigtig word, Graaff-Reinet gedurende gewone kantoorure (07:30 tot 16:30) Maandag tot Vrydag.

Gemotiveerde besware, indien enige, teen die aansoek moet skriftelik ingedien word om die ondergetekende te bereik nie later nie as 30 dae na publikasie van hierdie kennisgewing. Alle korrespondensie met betrekking tot hierdie kennisgewing moet gerig word aan: Die Munisipale Bestuurder by P.O. Bus 71: Graaff-Reinet, 6280.

Enige persoon wat nie kan skryf nie, kan gedurende kantoorure die adres hierbo genoem bywoon, waar mnr N. Camngca van die munisipaliteit daardie persoon sal help om daardie persoon se besware, kommentaar of vertoë af te skryf.
