BUSINESS NEWS - Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 93 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Bylaws: Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality that an application was received from AJ Pelser on behalf of Fred Ward, for the following applications:
- Subdivision of Erf 722 Streytlerville into 2 portions, remainder measuring approximately 5385m2 and portion A measuring 4530m
- Rezoning portion A from Residential Zone 4 to Business Zone 2
- Departure of the Western Street(Sarel Cilliers) Building Line of Portion A from 2m to 0m
- Departure of the Northern Street Building line of Portion A from 2m to 0m.
Further particulars regarding the proposed application with a Layout Plan and Site Plan may be inspected at the office of the Land Development Officer (Ms. S Vuzane – 049 807 5700 / vuzanes@bnlm.gov.za) in Robert Sobukwe Building, Graaff-Reinet during normal office hours (07:30 to 16:30) Monday to Friday.
Objections, if any against the proposed application should be lodged in writing to the Municipal Manager at P.O. Box 71: Graaff-Reinet, 6280, no later than 30 days from the date of this publication.
Any person who cannot write may during office hours attend at an address stated above, where Ms. S Vuzane of the municipality will assist that person to transcribe that person’s objections, comments or representations.

Kennis word hiermee gegee ingevolge Artikel 93 van die Ruimtelike Beplanning en Grondgebruiksbestuursverordeninge: Dr. Beyers Naude Plaaslike Munisipaliteit dat 'n aansoek van AJ Pelser namens Fred Ward ontvang is vir die volgende aansoeke:
a) Onderverdeling van Erf 722 Streytlerville in 2 gedeeltes, waarvan die res ongeveer 5385m2 groot is en gedeelte A 4530m groot is
b) Hersonering van gedeelte A van Residensiële Sone 4 na Besigheidsone 2
c) Afwyking van die Westerstraat (Sarel Cilliers) Boulyn van Gedeelte A van 2m na 0m
d) Afwyking van die Noorderstraat Boulyn van Gedeelte A van 2m na 0m.
Verdere besonderhede rakende die voorgestelde aansoek met 'n Uitlegplan en Terreinplan kan gedurende normale kantoorure (07:30 tot 16:30) Maandag tot Vrydag by die kantoor van die Grondontwikkelingsbeampte (Me. S Vuzane – 049 807 5700 / vuzanes@bnlm.gov.za) in die Robert Sobukwe-gebou, Graaff-Reinet kantore, gedurende normale kantoorure (07:30 tot 16:30) Maandag tot Vrydag, besigtig word.
Besware, indien enige teen die voorgestelde aansoek, moet skriftelik by die Munisipale Bestuurder by Posbus 71: Graaff-Reinet, 6280 ingedien word, nie later nie as 30 dae vanaf die datum van hierdie publikasie.
Enige persoon wat nie kan skryf nie, kan gedurende kantoorure 'n bogenoemde adres bywoon, waar Me. S Vuzane van die munisipaliteit daardie persoon sal help om daardie persoon se besware, kommentaar of vertoë te transkribeer.
