BUSINESS NEWS - Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 93 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-laws: Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality that an application has been received from Rowhaan Carelse Architecture (PTY) Ltd on behalf of Mr Greame Rittels for zoning from Residential Zone 2 to Residential Zone 4.

Further details regarding the proposed application with a Layout Plan and Site Plan can be printed Monday to Friday at the office of the Manager: Town Planning (Mr N. Camngca- 049 807 5700/camngcan@bnlm.gov.za) in Robert Sobukwe Building, Graaff-Reinet.

Objections, if any, to the proposed application must be lodged in writing with the Municipal Manager at P.O. Box 71: Graaff-Reinet, 6280, not later than 30 days from the date of this publication.

Any person who is unable to write may visit the above address during office hours, where Mr N. Camngca of the municipality will assist in transcribing the objections, comments or representations.

Kennis word hiermee geskied ingevolge Artikel 93 van die Verordeninge vir Ruimtelike Beplanning en Grondgebruikbestuur: Dr Beyers Naude Plaaslike Munisipaliteit dat 'n aansoek van Rowhaan Carelse Architecture (PTY) Bpk namens mnr Greame Rittels ontvang is vir sonering van die bogenoemde adres vanaf Residensiële Sone 2 na Residensiële Sone 4.

Verdere besonderhede rakende die voorgestelde aansoek met 'n Uitlegplan en Terreinplan kan Maandag tot Vrydag by die kantoor van die Bestuurder: Stadsbeplanning (Mnr N. Camngca - 049 807 5700 I camngcan@bnlm.gov.za) by Robert Sobukwe-gebou, Graaff-Reinet, gedruk word.

Besware, indien enige, teen die voorgestelde aansoek moet skriftelik by die Munisipale Bestuurder by Posbus 71: Graaff-Reinet, 6280, ingedien word nie later as 30 dae vanaf die datum van hierdie publikasie nie.

Enige persoon wat nie kan skryf nie, kan gedurende kantoorure die bogenoemde adres besoek, waar mnr N. Camngca van die munisipaliteit sal help om die besware, kommentaar of vertoë te transkribeer.
