BUSINESS NEWS - Notice is hereby given in terms of Chapter 4 of the Municipal Systems Act 32/2000 and Section 22 of the Municipal Finance Management Act 56/2003, that the draft IDP and Budget for 2025/26 has been available for inspection and comment as from Monday 31 March 2025, until Monday 21 April 2025.
The documents may be viewed on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:30 (or during alternative advertised hours of business) at the following venues:
- Municipal Administrative Offices and Public Libraries situated in the Municipal area, where written submissions can be deposited in Comments Boxes.
- Will be available for discussion with your Ward Councillor.
- The draft documents will be further explained during our Mayoral Outreach.
- Can also be viewed on or downloaded from the Municipal website www.bnlm.gov.za
Written comments/inputs are to be submitted no later than Tuesday 21 April 2025, addressed to the Municipal Manager, for the attention of the IDP Unit, Dr Beyers Naudé Local Municipality, PO Box 71, Graaff-Reinet 6280; or can be e-mailed to dalav@bnlm.gov.za

Kennisgewing nr. /2025 UITNODIGING VIR OPENBARE KOMMENTAAR
DIE 2022-2027 GEÏNTEGREERDE ONTWIKKELINGSPLAN (GOP) EN 2025/26 BEGROTING LÊ TER INSAE
Ingevolge Hoofstuk 4 van die Wet op Munisipale Stelsels 32/2000 en Artikel 22 van die Wet op Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur 56/2003, geskied kennis hiermee dat die konsep GOP en Begroting vir 2025/26 beskikbaar is vir inspeksie en kommentaar vanaf Mondag 31 March 2025 tot Dinsdag 21 April 2025.
Die dokumente sal ter insae lê op weeksdae vanaf 08:00 tot 16:30 (of alternatiewe geadverteerde ure van besigheid) by die volgende lokale :
- Munisipale Administratiewe Kantore en Open- bare Biblioteke geleë in die Munisipale gebied, waar geskrewe insette in Kommentaarbokse gedeponeer kan word.
- Sal by u Wyksraadslid beskikbaar wees vir bespreking.
- Die konsep dokumente sal verder verduidelik word tydens ons Burgemeester se Uitreikings- program.
- Kan ook besigtig of afgelaai word op die Munisipale webwerf www.bnlm.gov.za
