Guests entertained at art exhibitions
An eclectic mix of art lovers and professionals from all over South Africa came to Graaff-Reinet last weekend for the opening of two joint exhibitions, Michele Nigrini's Outside in solo exhibition at Imibala Gallery and a group exhibition, In conversation with colour symphony, at the Jan Rupert Art Centre. During a most charming evening on Friday 5 March featuring the perfect mood music, and wine and snacks supplied by the Drostdy Hotel, visitors admired and bought their favourite paintings.
