Inwoners betoog buite die Graaff-Reinet magistraatshof in ondersteuning van Raadslid, Xolile Galada, wat die tydelike interdik teen landsbesetting teenstaan. Hierdie tydelike interdik is deur die munisipale bestuurder aangevra nadat inwoners wat jare reeds wag op behuising hul eie informele behuising uit nood begin skep het.“Hands off Galada” is die boodskap waarmee die inwoners van Wyk 5 nou na die plaaslike ANC kantore opruk. Alles in ondersteuning van Raadslid, Xolile Galada, wat sy voet neersit om plaaslike inwoners van behuising te besorg en waarteen die munispale bestuurder ‘n tydelike interdik ingestel het. Die interdik bly geldig tot die saak 26 Julie aangehoor word
