Op 9 November om 10vm word basaar gehou by die kerksaal. Daar sal lekker vars vrugte, 'n groentetafel, tuisgemaakte gemmerbier, curry bunnies, kerrie en rys, gesigverf vir kinders, springkasteel en nog vele ander kosse en vermaak wees.
Op Sondag, 10 November vind die Jaarfeesdiens by die kerk plaas.

Ball: 8 November
This special event will be held at the Aberdeen library hall.
The theme is Hawaiian, and the 34 learners involved promise a spectacular show. There will be a motorcade from the school, leaving at 4.30pm, and the ball will start at 5pm. Tickets are R20 for adults, and R10 for schoolchildren. Afterwards, there will be a dance for the parents, featuring well-known Graaff-Reinet band, La Petit. The cost for the dance is R50 - adults only.

Armistice Day, also known as Remembrance Day or Poppy Day, is commemorated every year on 11 November.
On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918, the guns of the Western Front fell silent after more than four years of war during the First World War.
Every year on Remembrance Sunday, a service takes place at the St James Anglican Church in Somerset Street, Graaff-Reinet. This year's service will be held on Sunday, 10 November at 5pm at the church. All are invited to the service to remember the men and women who gave their lives in combat.
