GRAAFF-REINET NEWS — The 'Colours' art exhibition - a rich, warm and light-hearted exhibit - has opened at the Imibala Gallery at the Drostdy Hotel in Church Street, Graaff-Reinet.
The opening, which was well supported by the community's art lovers, was held on Friday evening, August 18.
All at the Imibala Gallery extends their sincere thanks to all those who attended and contributed to the success of the event.
The exhibition consists of the works of a selection of artists with varying approaches who work in a range of media including painting, sculpture, print-making and ceramics.
Among the featured artists are Albert Redelinghuys, Alastair Barnes, Barbara Wildenboer, Bets Henning, Curt Martheze, Diane McLean, Duncan Stewart, Estelle Marais, Janet Dixon, Janet Kingwill, Joanne Reen, Jonathan Silverman, Kitty Viljoen, Mike Holmes, Paula van Coller-Louw, Peter Midlane and Thijs Nel.
The exhibition is open to the public and all are invited to have a look at the works on display.
Locals are urged to spread the word of this beautiful exhibit among visitors, tourists, friends and family members.
