GRAAFF-REINET — Last Thursday morning it looked like the weather would have the final say in the Mr Paint/Flashcor Printing Business League, but the sky opened up and it was all systems go for the last round of the Business League to be played on the greens of the Graaff-Reinet Bowling Club.
The deciding game was between Nel Boerdery and PG Glass, which the former had to win by a 15-shot margin to wrestle the title from the log-leaders, PG Glass.
The Nel Boerdery combination gave of their best, but their 4-shot victory was just not enough to win the competition.
PG Glass, with 10 game points and + 51 shots, emerged as convincing winners of the 2018 Mr Paint/Flashcor Printing Business League competition.
After the prize-giving, the participating teams were treated to a hearty braai.
The organising committee of the Graaff-Reinet Bowling Club would like to thank the sponsors and players for their support.
