GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The Gerber siblings definitely sported their running boots when each of them took top spot in the men's and ladies' divisions respectively at the 139th Mountain Drive parkrun on Saturday 14 January.
Participants numbered 38 with Jarrod and Jamie-Lee Gerber leading the pack. Young Mzwanele Plaatjies achieved an admirable 6th place in a personal best time of 37:23.

Parkrun director of the day, Sorita Niemand said the organisers would like to grow the local parkrun numbers. "Please invite family and friends to join us every Saturday for an organised and timed run or walk along Mountain Drive in this beautiful setting. Get some fresh air and meet friendly people," she said.
Niemand welcomed the Slater family to parkrun and thanked the dedicated park rangers, volunteers and Discovery Vitality for making the park run possible.
