SPORT NEWS AND VIDEO - There’s nothing more refreshing than an early morning parkrun after a good shower of rain in the Karoo.
The 248th Mountain Drive Parkrun has just concluded, with Miquel Vara finishing first, followed closely by Jimmy Stuurman and Andries Rossouw in the men's category.
Young Marie Rossouw once again crossed the finish line first among the women.
