GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Bizana witnessed an exhilarating football match as Sinenkani FC secured a commanding 6-2 victory against Camdeboo Football Academy at the Mphuthumi Mafumbhatha Stadium on Saturday 19 January.
The match, backed by support from the Bizana community, showcased the competitive spirit of local football.
In the initial half, Sinenkani took the lead, but Siyabukea Khali levelled the score at 1-1 in the 29th minute.
The first half finished with Sinenkani ahead 2-1. Despite being well-prepared to face one of the Eastern Cape's formidable teams, Camdeboo Academy encountered intense pressure from the opposing team.
The second half witnessed Sinenkani maintaining their dominance, adding more goals to their tally.
Lenko Karabo Mokoena netted the second goal in the 61st minute, contributing to the final score of 6-2 in favour of Sinenkani.
In other Local Football League (LFA) action at uMasizakhe Stadium on Sunday, 20 January, a fiercely contested match unfolded between Dangerous Darkies and Eleven Attackers, culminating in a 2-1 victory for Attackers.
