GRAAFF-REINET SPORT NEWS - The youthful Mountain View Stars football team kicked off their game against TM United on Saturday 19 November at a high pace. It was soon visible that their speed, ball control and discipline would result in a high-scoring game at Mandela Park in Graaff-Reinet.
At half-time, the score was already 3-1 in favour of Mountain View and the victorious team ended with a fantastic score of 8-2.
Coach Ronald Deysel praised young Roberto Meintjies for scoring seven of the eight goals.
He said he was proud of the entire team players for showing faith in themselves and excellent team spirit.
