Central Karoo Cricket Union results

KAROO CRICKET NEWS - Saturday 5 November United Cricket Club (Graaff-Reinet) played against Aberdeen Cricket Club at Fred Hufkie Cricket Oval in Graaff-Reinet. Aberdeen batted first and posted 155 runs all out.

Exceptional performance with the bat by R Cloete who scored 60 runs not out. United replied and won the match by 8 wickets.

Murraysburg played against Masizakhe's 2nd team in Murraysburg, but the game was abandoned due to rain.

Willowmore United played against Stallions at Willowmore Sports Grounds. Willowmore batted first and posted 129 runs (all out).

Stallions replied and managed to only post 77 runs (all out), Willowmore United won the game by 52 runs.

Steytlerville played against Klipplaat on the Steytlerville Sports Grounds. Steytlerville batted first and made 142 runs (all out). Klipplaat replied and managed to only post 96 runs all out. Steytlerville won by 42 runs.

Middelburg Cobras hosted Pearston Villagers but the game was abandoned due to rain.

Sunday 6 November- Jansenville Warriors hosted Masizakhe 1st Team on Fred Hufkie Oval, Graaff-Reinet.

Masizakhe batted first and posted 266 runs all out. Exceptional performances by CJ Lewack scoring 72 and E Gouws scoring 57 runs.

Jansenville replied and managed to post only 119 runs all out. Exceptional performances with the ball by T De Beer taking five wickets for 22 runs in just 7.4 overs.
