GRAAFF-REINET CRICKET NEWS - Graaff-Reinet cricket lovers will be entertained with an Indian Premier League-style five-week Business League.
According to one of the organisers, Pierre Wiese, the games will start on Tuesday 1 October and will be played on Tuesdays and Thursdays over five weeks.
The league will be hosted at Botanics Sports Grounds. Each game will be played over 14 overs per side with two matches to be played each night and with rules that encourage everyone to be on an equal footing.
The six teams are MS Construction Barbarians, The Renault Dusters, The Wicked Bears, The Tyremart Duelers, The Penny Farthing Razorbacks and The Toerboer Torpedos.
