GRAAFF-REINET ATHLETICS NEWS - It's not that often that athletes get the opportunity to run, walk or cycle on a farm far out of town surrounded by the best nature could offer.
But that's what was on offer for the enthusiastic group of youngsters - and their older counterparts - at the recent Farmer's Market on Waterfall farm.
Athletes and walkers had a choice - either 5 or 10km - but cyclists had to engage in a challenging 20km route through the farm.
But, in the end, all had plenty of fun and enjoyed the market together with approximately 100 other guests afterwards.
The moment they saw the camera these ladies switched over from a shuffle to a brisk run.
