GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The Mountain Drive parkrun in Graaff-Reinet will celebrate its first birthday on Saturday 1 February, and everyone is invited to join in the fun. Since Graaff-Reinet became part of the worldwide weekly 5km-initiative a year ago, the local parkrun continues to grow, with at least 80 participants each Saturday.
To celebrate this milestone, participants are invited to wear something bright.
"If possible, also bring a cupcake for the celebration table," the organisers said. "After your run or walk, you can swap your cupcake with a fellow runner."
