NATIONAL NEWS - Olympic silver medalist Cameron van der Burgh has described his podium at the 2016 Olympic games as a 'worthwhile' experience.
Van der Burgh took silver in the 100 meters breaststroke.
This his second Olympic medal after he set a new world record at the 2012 Summer Olympics where he won the gold medal at the 100m breaststroke.
He says the last for years are finally paying off.
