GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The Karoo Regional Executive Members of the Ethiopian Episcopal Church (EEC) have donated much-needed cloth masks to schools in Umasizakhe in Graaff-Reinet.
At the handover on Wednesday 10 March, EEC regional coordinator, Relu Uenice of the Karoo Diocese, said ECC cares and that educators are faced with a difficult task during these times.
Not only do they have to teach and shape young minds, they also have to educate learners about Coved-19 safety measures.
Isibane Primary headmaster Alex Godfrey MacDonald and his deputy, Sinethemba Vetshilo, were delighted with the donation and said the school has a long standing connection with the churches of Graaff-Reinet.
