GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Members of the Destiny Swimming Academy participated in the 100th aQuellé River Mile in Nelson Mandela Bay on 20 and 21 January.
This milestone event featured a vibrant tapestry of crafts, vendors, and sporting events tailored for families.
As the River Mile marked a century of existence, the community rejoiced in the festivities, making it a memorable and historic weekend.

Swimmers in NMBA interdistrict team
Three swimmers from Destiny Swimming Academy, Mateo Schoeman, Adriaan Pieterse and JJ van Schalkwyk, were recently included in the Nelson Mandela Bay Aquatics (NMBA) team for boys 10 and under took part in the Interdistrict Championship Gala in East London on 13 January.
The team won both the 200m medley relay and the 200m freestyle. Schoeman took part in both.
