GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - For a resident of Cradock, Friday the 18th was almost like a Friday the 13th.
On this eventful day, his bicycle was stolen in the few seconds it took him to tie his shoelaces.
He immediately reported the incident.
The CCTV Control Room at CDK Security checked the street camera and spotted the culprit.
When the armed response team reacted, the suspect attempted to flee and a chase ensued.
The suspect was arrested soon after by Cradock Police and the stolen bicycle was recovered.
