CRADOCK NEWS - Zenande Rasimeni, an Amy Bell Scholarship recipient and one of Cradock High School’s top matric achievers, has achieved an outstanding 81.4% average and five distinctions.
Zenande is a student in the Amy Bell Upliftment through Education programme.
Irvin Tam, managing director of Amy Bell Charities in Cradock, said Zenande’s achievement speaks to what happens when the organisation equips and uplifts children through education, boundless love and kindness.
“At Amy Bell Charities we are extremely proud of Zenande and we look forward to the success that she will make of her university journey.”
Tam also extended a word of appreciation to the generous donors in the wildlife industry, who opened their hearts and chose to give, and believed in futures beyond themselves.
Their generosity has turned hope into reality and made moments like this possible, and are still changing lives on an ongoing basis.
“I wish to say thank you to Amy Bell Charities,” said Zenande.
“The work, that you are part of, makes a real difference in our lives.
We appreciate the everyday support and love that make it so much easier to grow, lead and focus.”
She also extended a word of appreciation towards the teachers, mentors and extra lesson teachers for their patience, sacrifices, and their commitment.
“Your quiet dedication does not go unseen, and today it shines brightly through Zenande’s achievements,” said Tam.
“We are deeply grateful, proud and reminded that when love leads, lives are changed.”
