ABERDEEN NEWS - Friday 1 March is the International Women's World Day of Prayer, and this year, three Aberdeen churches have come together to present a programme at the local Dutch Reformed Church.
The Vrye Gereformeerde Kerk (VGK), United Congregational Church of South Africa and the host church are hoping for a wonderful turn-out from members of not just these churches, but the many others in the town.
As a completely interdenominational day, women and girls from all churches, in all areas of Aberdeen, will be very welcome to join the event.
This year's theme is "Come - Everything is Ready", based on Luke 14:15-24.
Tea and coffee will be available for all after the service.
