KAROO NEWS - The Middelburg SAPS are searching a crime scene for clues after a woman was murdered. The incident happened in the early hours of this morning (23 December).
Captain Laraine Jonker, spokesperson for the Middelburg police, said the woman was stabbed in her lower abdomen. “Her brother rushed her to Wilhelm Stahl Hospital, but on arrival, she was declared dead.” The identity of the victim cannot be made public at this stage.
Police detectives and forensic experts are on the scene.
