GRAAFF-REINET NEWS AND VIDEO - Two baby girls were born in the Midland Hospital in Graaff-Reinet on Christmas day.
At 9.13 am, a mother from Willowmore, Sonelle Witbooi gave birth to her firstborn, weighing 2,88 kg. Mom and baby were transported to the Willowmore Hospital.
At 6.23 pm, Suné Leonard and Elfrano April's first child, Ezealah Leonard was born. She weighed 3,58 kg.
According to Suné, the original due date was 16 December: “We never thought it would only happen on Christmas Day.”
Both Suné and Elfrano said they are blessed by the birth of Ezealah.
