GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Johnny Swartz (58), a well-known resident of Kroonvale, Graaff-Reinet, has always been passionate about his community.
So much so, that he recently passed a 12-month course in Ministry and Community Service with distinction through the University of South Africa (Unisa).
According to Swartz, the decision to pursue this new venture was an easy one, as he has always sought ways in which to better serve his community.
Swartz hopes that the knowledge he garnered by way of studying for this qualification will enable him to inspire the community's youth to improve their qualifications and help him better interact with the churches and various organisations in the town to, in turn, contribute to a healthier society for all the residents of Kroonvale.
