Time: 5pm, in the Adendorp Town Hall

The street market will be held on the stoep of Vroutjie se Koutjie from 9am. For the hungry, there will be cooked braai meat, curry and rice, and chicken kebabs, as well as tempting puddings and sweets. All funds raised will be in aid of the church.
St James Christmas Fair: 30 November
This year's Christmas Fair at St James' Anglican Church promises to be even better than previous years, with exciting new food stalls and the addition of carnival games for the children.
The fair will be open from 9am until 2pm, and visitors are encouraged to arrive early to avoid the rush. Stalls can be booked with either Felicity Minnaar on 082 505 2791 or Evette Holmes on 082 323 1573.
Aalwynhof minibazaar: 30 November
Aalwynhof Home for the Aged will hold its second monthly mini bazaar in the Foodzone parking area. There will be frozen meat, hot takeaways, and a selection of tempting baked treats. At the inaugural mini bazaar last month, the food was snapped up quickly, so customers are urged not to leave it too late!
All funds raised will go towards the project to install solar panels at the home.
Aberdeen New Apostolic Church Advent Concert: 8 December
The concert will be held at the Thembalesizwe Church on Sithandiwe Street at 3pm. The adult choir, children's choir, orchestra ensemble and recorder groups will perform, and as anyone who has attended any of their performances can confirm, the standard of their musicians and singers is extremely high.
The focus will be on mainly Christmas carols. More information is available from Roberto de Jager on 066 158 2407.
