This year the district competition is hosted in Gqeberha. All athletes qualifying for the Sarah Baartman-team on the 16th, will soon compete on provincial level in East London.

ABERDEEN NEWS -This year six athletes from Aberdeen Secondary School have done their school – and the whole town - proud. 

All in different running items and different age groups, from the 100m sprint to the taxing 1500m, the school’s athletes representing the Dr Beyers Naude-team, will compete at district level (Sarah Baartman District) on 16 February. 

This year the district competition is hosted in Gqeberha. All athletes qualifying for the Sarah Baartman-team on the 16th, will soon compete on provincial level in East London.
