GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - From 19 to 20 July, Sarah Baartman District Municipality in partnership with its development agency, Cacadu District Development Agency (CDDA), and other partners will host a two-day growth and development summit in Makhanda at The Monument.

The purpose of the summit is to bring the private and public sector together to discuss opportunities for development within the district.

Day one of the Summit will include exhibitions which will showcase SMME’s and various investment opportunities. 

The Chinese-owned company, Cloud Needle Technologies who recently partnered with a local SMME from Sarah Baartman District, Basi IT Solutions, will be part of the exhibitors.

The key speakers for the summit will be Eastern Cape Premier, Oscar Mabuyane; and Eastern Cape MEC of Finance, Mlungisi Mvoko.
