GRAAFF-REINET NEWS – The Graaff-Reinet community is invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Graaff-Reinet and District Cancer Association, to be held on Friday evening, 8 June.
The meeting will commence at 18:30 in the Kewertjie at Laer Volkskool.
Guest speaker Marianne Lourens, a social worker from a cancer centre in Port Elizabeth, will be addressing all those present.
The Cancer Association is hoping for a good turn-out and urge all to take an interest and attend as cancer affects so many people in so many ways.
Those planning to attend are asked to bring along a friend or family member.
Hearty soup will be served after the evening’s proceedings.
