GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The Union High School’s Primary Department prize-giving ceremony was held on Friday morning, 19 October in the Union High School Hall.
The choir delivered a stunning performance by singing “Scales and Arpeggios” and “Rainbows and Canyons”.
Caytah-Leigh Koeberg entertained the audience with a beautiful piano item.
David Langmead, Chairman of the School Governing Body, had the audience glued to their seats with his address on Takeru Kobayashi, a Japanese competitive eater.
The school’s special guest, Bronwen Langmead, presented the prizes to the achievers.
Brigitte Oelofsen was rewarded for All-Round Achievement in Academics, Sport and Culture.
Layten Carelse was recognised as the Most Promising All-Round Junior Sportsman
Tayla Kingwill was recognised as the Most Promising Junior Sportswoman
