GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Last week's Mountain Drive parkrun saw 46 athletes participating in the 135 parkrun. Andrea Steyn, a visitor from Centurion, smashed the ladies course record whilst Jamie Gerber recorded her new personal best time.
Danie thanked the volunteers and Camdeboo National Park rangers for their assistance during the parkrun.
"The parkrun concept has celebrated existing walkers and encourage more walkers to the event. We welcome visitors from Centurion, Randburg and Cape Town and we encourage local community members and visitors to visit the Mountain Drive parkrun again," said Jackson.
Jackson urged park runners to register for the parkrun at www.parkrun.co.za. Registration is free of charge.
