HOFMEYR NEWS AND VIDEO - The 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) campaign that starts on 25 November will take centre stage in Hofmeyr community.

Today, 23 November, stakeholders and community members held a peaceful march from the Molteno entrance into town to the city hall.

Citizens were requested to dress in orange for optimum visibility.  The community gathered at the city hall where members of the Hofmeyr Community Project presented a programme. 

Guest speakers also delivered several messages of hope, guidance and encouragement.

The meeting concluded with a lunch for everyone present.

VIDEO - Community members participated in a peaceful march in anticipation of the upcoming 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence.
