GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The Graaff-Reinet Heritage Society presented the winners of its photographic competition with their prize money, a certificate and a copy of the 2022 Heritage Calendar last Tuesday.

Nicola Woods of the society committee thanked everyone who took part in the competition and said, "The participants enabled us to produce this beautiful calendar, of which we as Graaff-Reinetters can be proud."

The 2022 Heritage Calendar is now available. Orders can be placed with the Heritage Society via e-mail: graaffreinetheritagesociety@gmail.com.

Calendars can also be purchased from McNaughton's Bookshop, Windmill Junction, Die Smous, The Reinet House Museum and the GRT Tourism Office.

This is an ideal Christmas gift to send to friends and family across South Africa and the rest of the world.

Second place goes to Gerna Kleyn for her photograph taken in Royal Block, Umasizakhe.

Third place goes to Mandy Roets for her photograph of the rainbow over the Groot Kerk.
