GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - A recycle fashion show will be held on Saturday, September 30, during Karoo-lus, which will be just the event for those with creative talents.

There are four categories: table and party decorations; hats and handbags; children’s fancy dress; and adults’ fancy dress. All items must include material from Montego bags- these can be obtained from reception at Montego.

A display table will be provided to showcase the decorations, and entrants are requested to stand with their creations to be able to answer any questions from the judges. All other items are to be modelled, and if the designers are reluctant to model their outfits and accessories themselves, they are welcome to provide their own model.

Entry in the competition is free, and designers only have to pay to enter the festival grounds.

The organisers would prefer entries to be made ahead of time, but creations may also be entered on the day. Entry forms should be dropped off at Dippies Motors in Caledon Street in Graaff-Reinet.
