Graaff Reinet
Assault with grievous bodily harm
• A woman's boyfriend was stabbed with a sharp instrument by a known man while she and her friend were chatting in Umasizahke on 10 November at 7.45pm.
• A 23-year-old man was with friends on Cockscomb Street on 12 November at 10pm, when a male suspect arrived and stabbed the complainant with a knife and walked away from the scene.
Burglary
• A local security company notified the complainant of an alarm at their business in Market Square, on 13 November at 4.30pm. Upon arrival at the address, the complainant found entrance was gained by removing the burglar bars in front of a window of the business. A substantial amount of alcohol was stolen.
• On 12 November, between 4pm and 10.50pm, the owner of a house was away from his residence. Upon returning he found his laptop and cellphone had been stolen. The security door had been forced open.
• In Santaville, a cellphone was stolen the night of 12 and 13 November.
• While a resident was sleeping in his house on 14 November, between 4pm and 5pm, a burglar forced open the gate at the front door and stole building tools.
• Between 12 and 13 November, a burglar gained entrance to a house by breaking a window near the study and stole a cellphone.
Theft
• At Skuindale Dam, corrugated iron was stolen from the dam, the night of 13 November at approximately 2am.
• A burglar entered an accommodation business on the night of 17 and 18 November and stole one of the guests' cellphone and cash.
• Between 10 and 13 November, hair clippers were stolen from an Umasizakhe residence.
Stock theft
One Merino Sheep was removed from a farm's grazing camp on 13 November.
Possession of drugs
The police found crushed mandrax on a male suspect on 14 November at 2.30pm
Fraud
On 5 November, a suspect falsified policy documents and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the complainant's bank account.
Robbery
On 16 November at 11.45pm, a man was on his way home when someone grabbed him from behind, while another was holding his feet. They took his cellphone and ran away.
Aberdeen
Assault with grievous bodily harm
A 23-year-old complainant reports that she was in Lotusville, Douglas Street, when a man came across the street and assaulted her after accusing him of being involved in a theft.
Stock theft
On 16 November at 7am, a man went to check on his Merino sheep on Maakhtees Farm. He found two of his sheep had been removed from the place of safekeeping.
