KAROO NEWS - Charline Swartbooi and Akhona Yalolo tied the knot last Friday 24 February at Charline's family home in Chris Hani Village in Masizakhe. Charline's colleague, Valerie Blaauw said the blend of a traditional white wedding and Rastafarian tradition worked perfectly.
The ceremony was conducted by Reverend Themba Simons of the A.M.E. Church and the music at the wedding reception was, of course, reggae! And yes, Could You Be Loved, by Bob Marley was on the playlist.
