GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Union’s pre-schoolers were very excited on Wednesday morning, 17 January, to attend their very first day at Union’s newly built pre-school.
The construction of the building, designed by Bernie Weyer of Waterston Weyer Roon Architects, commenced on July 3, 2017 and was completed and handed over to the Union Pre-school Governing Body at the beginning of 2018.
The new school, which boasts four large classrooms and modern facilities, is situated conveniently opposite the high school and now allows pre-school learners access to all of the school’s facilities and fields.
The school’s grand opening will be held on Friday, January 26, at 09:00 at their new premises on the corner of Donkin Street and Park Street.
Union invites those interested to attend.
