GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - The Dr Beyers Naude municipality has been notified that guest houses within the Graaff-Reinet area are contacted by an individual to pay the municipality or electricity will be disconnected.
The person also provides banking details with a certain amount that must be paid into an account.
Community members are cautioned that the municipality does not have any person or company appointed for such a service.
All municipal accounts must be paid into the municipal bank account or at municipal pay point offices.
