GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Exciting prizes are on offer for this year's Karoo-lus Kouples competition.
The winners will be treated to a weekend at the Drostdy Hotel, with a spa voucher for two at the Africology Spa for the couple in second place. Third place winners will receive a R250 cash prize.
What must a couple do to win?
The competition involves mostly traditional "boeresports" events, such as sack racing and apple dunking, but brains will also be tested with a short Pictionary competition.
Each team must consist of one man and one woman, and there is no entry fee other than the entry to Karoo-lus.
The event will start at 13:00 on Saturday, 29 September, at the Botanics Sportsground. Entries must be submitted by 12:00 on the day.
