GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Charlie was picked up as a stray and surrendered to the Graaff-Reinet SPCA.
He is not doing so well in the kennels and would love to spring bail as soon as possible. Charlie is around two years old with a lovely personality.
Benji, a loving male that's about five years old, is also looking for a home.
