Buisman new Lions president

GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Gerald Buisman became the new president of the Lions Club, on 8 June at the Graaff-Reinet induction dinner.

Buisman takes over from Lena Hoffman.

At the same meeting, John Ross retired after being an exemplary Lion for 35 years. I recent years John has been an excellent club treasurer and driven the Brightsight project, helping to provide many community members with spectacles.

Liz Buisman, secretary of the club, said Ross will be missed.
