KAROO NEWS - The body of Katriena Boesak (62) was found in the Great Fish river late Wednesday evening.
The Advertiser reported earlier this week that a search was underway for Boesak, who was last seen on 25 August, accompanying a five-year-old child across the river between Aloma and Kommetjieshoek farms.
According to Capt Bradley Rawlinson, spokesperson of the Graaff-Reinet SAPS, Boesak’s body was discovered by police divers.
Cookhouse Police are investigating an inquest following her drowning.
