GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Union High School's new art club held its inaugural meeting on Wednesday 10 March.
Fifteen young art enthusiasts spent a lovely afternoon creating continuous line portraits of one another, guided by Union educator, Bronwen Langmead.
The primary goal of the club, which is open to all Grade 8 to 12 learners, is to expose learners who show interest in the visual arts to techniques in drawing, painting and much more.
The club meets every Wednesday afternoon, from 14:15 to 15:30 and art materials are provided.
Any learners who would like the opportunity to exchange creative ideas, create works of art, learn new techniques and meet friends with similar interests, may speak to Mrs Langmead about attending.
