Another great win for Stallions

Recently two local kricket sides - Masizakhe 2 and Stallions faced each other on the Fred Hufkie Oval in Kroonvale. Stallions batted first and amassed a respectable score of 160 runs for the loss of only three wickets.

GRAAFF-REINET NEWS - Last Saturday 10 February, two local sides - Masizakhe 2 and Stallions faced each other on the Fred Hufkie Oval in Kroonvale.


Stallions batted first and amassed a respectable score of 160 runs for the loss of only three wickets.

This was mainly due to scores of 68 by Juandré Davids (10 fours and one six) and 45 by Ashwell Adams which included six boundaries.

Masizakhe 2 could only muster 95 runs all out in their knock with just one batsman reaching double figures. Davids wrapped up the Masizakhe innings, claiming two wickets for three runs off five deliveries. An excellent 65-run for the Stallions.
