GRAAFF-REINET NEWS- According to Lt Col Moira Abrahams of the Graaff-Reinet Police, residents must take note of the total shutdown of the local SAPS’ landlines during load-shedding.
“The standby generator at the police station is not operational,” said Abrahams.
