MIDDELBURG NEWS — Themba Penwell Cebani is the new principal at Grootfontein College of Agriculture (GADI) as from December 1!
Cebani was born May 15, 1975 in King Williams Town, is married and has three children, of which the eldest is currently a student at Fort Cox.
He achieved his Senior Certificate (Grade 12) in 1996 at Matsa High School, King Williams Town and then achieved a Bachelor of Agriculture from University of Fort Hare in 2000. He followed this up with a B Inst Agrar (Hons): Agribusiness Management from the University of Pretoria in 2005 and his MBA from the Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA) in 2015.
In March 2005 he became a lecturer and HOD at Fort Cox College of Agriculture & Forestry, in October 2010 he was promoted to Manager Rural Development Center /FET at Fort Cox College of Agriculture & Forestry, then in March 2014 he acted as Principal at Fort Cox College of Agriculture & Forestry and in September of 2014 he became the Programme Manager Rural Development at Amathole Economic Development Agency.
GADI welcomes Cebani at Grootfontein and hopes that he will enjoy his tenure here in Middelburg.
